Fort Worth Vision accepts VSP, EyeMed, BCBS, and Medicare.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring your glasses and contact lens cases or boxes. Please also bring a list of all medications you are currently taking, insurance card, and driver's license.

Can I use a Flex Spending Account or a Health Savings Account?

Yes we accept FSA and HSA funds.
